Refund Policy
Strategy & Consultation
Refunds for strategic planning and initial consultation work are generally not available once research or design work has commenced. We provide detailed project scopes to ensure alignment before execution.
Project-Based Work
- Eligibility: Pro-rated refunds may be considered if a project is canceled before reaching milestone completion.
- Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of termination.
- Assessment: Refunds are calculated based on hours logged and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation.
Monthly Retainers
Retainers are billed in advance for service availability. Cancellations require a 30-day notice. Refunds are not issued for unused hours within a billing cycle, but credit may be applied to future services at company discretion.
